Kami @K_DramaIndo mengadakan "@K_DramaIndo Korean Drama Awards 2012". Vote ini di adakan dalam rangka Project #1stAnnivKDramaIndo pada tanggal 4 November 2012, dan juga project ini di dedikasi untuk para Aktor, Aktris, Drama, dan OST yang telah bekerja keras terlibat dalam suatu produksi drama. Vote telah dibuka sejak awal 1 Oktober 2012 dan tutup resmi pada tanggal 1 November 2012 pukul 24.00 WIB.

Pemilihan nominasi berdasarkan perundingan para admin dan para followers @K_DramaIndo, dan juga nominasi dipilih dari kesuksesan di Korea dan Indonesia. nominasi dipilih dari periode penayangannya di Korea mulai dari periode Januari 2011 - Agustus 2012 terhitung telah selesai penayangan.
